WHAT WE NEED:
Full-time Automotive Sales Consultant
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Consultants spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options. They become an auto consultant expert, continually strive to advance their vehicle and auto technology knowledge and prioritize superior customer service skills. Sales Consultants test dive vehicles and demonstrate our industry leading features. They are the customers point of contact for quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and used units. They follow-up with prospective customers, return emails/voicemails as well as support online customers with answers and setting appointments.
Customer service doesn't end at the sale, we will follow up with existing customers, confirm satisfaction and generate a relationship. If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have the drive to earn unlimited income and want to build a career working as a sales consultant with exciting new products, we look forward to talking with you.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed; self-driven and motivated. We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic! Customer service must be your number one priority followed closely by the willingness to learn and grow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior sales experience a plus, but must be willing to learn our way, our culture and share our vision. We desire someone who has an outgoing personality, shows a good work history and is committed. You should have basic computer, email and internet skills. We expect you to be a professional including your appearance, verbal and written communication. You need to be able to communicate. You must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through. You need to have a valid drivers license and be flexible with your working hours. Bi-lingual is a plus! High school education or equivalent preferred.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Full-time position. Commission based pay at a competitive rate. Monthly performance bonuses as well as healthcare benefits.
